ON THE NECESSITY TO REFORM THE CIVIL CODES IN THE CIS STATES

The article is devoted to the complex scientific research of the conceptual provisions of the civil codes of the CIS countries. The basement of the research is the scientific analysis of some of the provisions for Model Code for the CIS countries. The attention is given to the legal power and the legislative technique of the civil codes. Besides, in the article the problem is researched of releasing the civil code from the public law institutions.\
