About the journal and the founder

The journal Perm University Herald. Juridical Sciences was founded in 2008 and registered by the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (certificate PI No. FS77-33087 of September 5, 2008).

The journal was re-registered by the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) due to the change in the founder's name and the address of the Editorial Office (certificate PI No. FS77-53179 of March 14, 2013).

The journal is published in Russian and English.

Perm University Herald. Juridical Sciences is a quarterly peer-reviewed scientific journal published in March, June, September, and December.

The journal is distributed free of charge and by subscription.
It is an open-access journal, which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or their institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose without prior permission from the publisher or author. This is in accordance with the BOAI (Budapest Open Access Initiative) definition of open access.
