Abstract:Development of the domestic legislation demands from modern jurisprudence of active research of problems of interaction of branches of the right in a question of development of unity of terminology. It speaks, in particular, that a number of civil legal definitions, getting to texts of regulations of public law, actually changes the sense, creating a problem of different interpretations and errors of right application. Thus, coordinated and competent use of legal definitions in the Russian legislation is an important problem of law.

Statement of the specified task is explained first of all by weak applied development and insignificance of attention paid to the matter from authorities.

In the present article it will be a question of such legal definitions as "representation" and "power of attorney" in relation to an order of their regulation by branch of civil law and their subsequent use in other branches of the right.

Explanation of a place and role of the specified definitions in the Russian legislation is a significant and actual problem of law. The importance of the matter is explained first of all by intersectoral value of institutes of representation and the power of attorney. The purpose of the present article consists in establishment of branch accessory of studied legal definitions, and also in explanation of an order and possibility of their joint legal regulation by various branches of Russian law.

Following the results of the conducted research the author came to a conclusion that definitions "representation" and "power of attorney" have civil branch accessory in respect of the establishment. Other branches of the right use the specified definitions in the value fixed to them in hl. 10 Civil codes of the Russian Federation. Thus possibility of a specification in norms of separate branches of the right of volume of powers of the representative and requirements imposed to form and content of the power of attorney, don't change the general sense of definitions of data of intersectoral institutes.
